Scholarships

HIGHER SECONDARY (XI - STD)

  • Provision of 100% Scholarship on Higher Secondary First Year Government fees to those who score 490 and above in SSLC Public Exam.
  • For those who score 481 to 489: 50% scholarship in Tuition fees is given for the whole first year (on Govt. Fees)
  • 25% Scholarship for the first year is proposed to those who scored 450 (on Govt. Fees)

SPORTS :

  • National Level Sports persons - 50% Scholarship in Tuition Fees for 2 years.
  • State Level Sports persons - 25% Scholarship in Tuition Fees for 2 years.

(If a student participate and excel well on National / Sports level sports competition while studying 10th (or) 11th std; the sports scholarship will automatically be made available to them till the completion of the course in the school.

GENERAL:

  • A Scholarship of 50% on Government Fees is allowed to parents who admit their THIRD CHILD in our school. To avail this concession the child should have scored a minimum mark of 60% in the previous year annual examination.
  • 50% Scholarship is allowed to all the children of staff working in Periyar Group of Matriculation Schools. To avail this concession the staff should have completed a minimum period of one year of service. To avail this concession the child should have scored a minimum mark of 60% in the previous year annual examination.
  • 25% Scholarship is allowed to a maximum of two children of the staff of our sister institutions who scored a minimum of 60% marks in the previous year annual exam and also whose Annual income does not exceed Rupees Two lakh per annum. If the income is more than Rupees Two Lakh per annum the Scholarship will be available only to the second child.
  • For all working staff in Periyar Group of Matriculation Schools; whose salary is Rs. 7000/- per month and below. 100% scholarship is allowed to all the children of the staff. To avail this concession the staff should have completed a minimum period of 3 years of service and the child should have scored a minimum mark of 60% in the previous year Annual Examination.
